It’s not because I know I’m right or that I don’t make mistakes. But at the same time, it doesn’t make you right for thinking it’s wrong.
Please understand that we’re all in our own unique mindset. We all have our own perspective on morals.
And maybe you don’t think something is wrong, but you might look down upon it.
“Oh, they drink now..”
“They’ve been around..”
“I don’t like the way they act..”
“They don’t talk to me anymore..”
“They’ve changed..”
“All they do is party..”
“They’re so rude..”
Well, okay! Maybe that’s who they are! Maybe they’re rude because they’re not happy. Or they party because they want to get away from things. Or they don’t talk to you cause maybe you’re the one being rude to them.
Whatever the reason may be, that’s how they are.
It’s like, we fight and fight, and build up all these negative thoughts and feelings toward people. Why is that? When we can’t change the way people are. We let the choices and actions of others bother us so much to the point where we gossip and spread rumors. What good does that do?
Just because people act the way that you wouldn’t, doesn’t give you the right to talk about them.
If you’re happy with the choices you’re making in your life, that’s all that should matter.
Ugh, went off on a tangent a bit, but basically:
I just wish people would be more understanding of others.
